This workshop will look at how to support young people in different settings: full-time and part-time education; training; employment; other programmes and routes to university. We will also explore what options are available for young people with disabilities and learning difficulties.

This practical workshop is aimed at foster carers of children attending primary school. This workshop will look the importance of play that supports connection and safety, based on trauma informed practice. The workshop will explore the importance of attachment play to support the foster carer and child, as well as teacher and child relationships through creative and sensory based play activities.
The transitional time between primary and secondary school can cause anxiety for children and their parents/carers. This session will help foster carers to support their child through the transition.

This workshop will explore our ability to thrive or struggle in situations of adversity. Participants will explore the many aspects of building and developing resilience and how this supports the child and home. The session will also practically explore the role of resilience and how it is affected by trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
What next can be a scary question to ask as a parent of a child with neurodiverse needs.
This webinar will focus on puberty - talking about how best to approach tricky conversations and different ways to support behaviour during this time. It will also look at what happens after school and how to provide the right support.
