Network Engagement Officer (X1 North of England - 22.5 hours per week and x1 Central England 35 hours per week)

Salary: £22138 - £33,206 plus £3,737 London Weighting allowance (if applicable) (pro rata)

North of England – covering North West, North East and Yorkshire
Central England – covering West Midlands, East Midlands and part of the East of England

We are looking for 2 Network Engagement Officers to join our high achieving Membership Services and Engagement Team, providing relationship management to members across the North of England and Central England.
These posts will be located within our Membership and Engagement Directorate, but will operate across directorates by effectively maintaining strong working links with internal colleagues
These posts are central to delivering our newly created membership and engagement strategy and so we are looking for candidates with high levels of drive and ambition to help us both achieve and exceed our strategic aspirations.
- You will help plan, support and deliver a varied programme of engagement activities for our network of 60,000 foster carers and 370 fostering services. This will be primarily be delivered via online engagement activities
- You will work closely with our network of members to collate their invaluable insights and use this to meet their needs.
- You will be expected to work collaboratively with internal teams, partners and stakeholders to share ideas and use your extensive expertise and knowledge to improve the way we engage with members.
- You will be a self-starter with strong presentation skills, particularly skilled at building, maintaining, and facilitating relationships, whilst also placing a strong emphasis on connecting members with one another whilst also creating a network environment amongst members that is conducive to collaboration, sharing of ideas and learning.
