We are looking for a part time Membership Services Assistant (18hrs per week) to join our high achieving Membership Services Team.
- You will ensure that we maintain the very highest standards of customer service to our members
- You will be creative, technically minded and able to yet offer pragmatic solutions to members and colleagues.
- You will be able to process data quickly and accurately using our CRM platform ( Microsoft Dynamics).
You will be a highly organised team player with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
