A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated and energetic individual to join a well-established team to provide effective administrative operational activities to support the work of the Independent Support Service and Directorate.
The successful candidate must have experience of designing and delivering office administrative systems, in-depth knowledge of working with all programmes in the Microsoft Office Suite, experience of producing high quality written materials, experience of providing excellent customer service, able to organise meetings, take minutes and have experience of managing commercial activities, including financial activity .
If you have great attention to detail, ability to work on your own initiative, excellent telephone manner and able to cope under pressure managing deadlines and a high level of IT competency then we would to hear from you.
