Our one-day Role of the Supervising Social Worker training course enables participants to reflect on supervision and their role as a supervising social worker and to review their current practice.
Aims and objectives:
- explore supervision in the context of the role of the supervising social worker
- encourage participants to explore their approach to the supervisory role
- explore practice dilemmas
- improve confidence for practitioners undertaking this role
