Get involved with our work

We know that to achieve our vision of making foster care the best it can be, we need to be good listeners.

Ensuring our work is informed and shaped by you, our members, care experienced children and young people, and the wider care community is vital in creating long-lasting change which benefits all of us.

Browse the opportunities below to see how you can get involved with our work.

This is Fostering - free workshops

  • Who: For groups of care experienced children and young people of all ages across the UK
  • When: Ad hoc sessions upon request while spaces last
  • What: We want to hear from children and young people about what fostering means to them today, and what hopes they have for the future.
Our Participation Lead is keen to meet with young people where they are and run creative consultation sessions featuring pizza (or other goodies of your choice)!
If you’re a children in care council, youth group, FCA or a home full of big thinkers, we’d love to connect.
Register while spaces last!

Scotland Young People’s Advisory Board – ongoing opportunity
