About the role
We are looking for a Head of Learning and Development to lead our team of training consultants, and associates, working across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and develop best practice in fostering across the whole sector.
The post if offered on a full-time basis however we are open to applicants who already work part time as part of a job share role or those that work full time.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives, experiences and outcomes for children living in foster care. We need you to have extensive experience of designing and delivering training and consultancy in this sector. Significant knowledge of fostering practice, legislation and policy is essential. Leadership skills are critical for this role along with the ability to influence and generate excellent relationships with stakeholders.
