Based on a sample of almost 15 thousand teens, this session led by Adrienne Katz explores how children with different offline vulnerabilities or adverse experiences describe their online lives in relation to risks encountered and also, how the digital environment represents a refuge for teens ‘to escape my issues’.

Young care experienced people are one of the groups studied, but children may have multiple vulnerabilities concurrently and so it is vital to see the other forms of vulnerability alongside care, to calibrate the level of risk an individual child might potentially face, in order to be proactive.

There will be opportunity for a Q&A session during the webinar.

The free webinar is available for members of The Fostering Network, including foster carers and organisations.
