Notice of the 47th annual general meeting of The Fostering Network

Venue: on Zoom and at 87 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8HA
Members of The Fostering Network are warmly invited to attend.
Individual members, affiliate foster care associations and the named representative from each organisational member can choose to appoint a proxy to attend and to vote in their place at the AGM.
You can do this by completing and returning the downloadable proxy voting form.

The annual accounts will be presented at the AGM, the accounts will be made available on the website following the meeting.

A vote will be taken to amend the current articles of association.

A vote will be taken to reappoint Sayer Vincent as External Auditors.
If you would like to appoint the chair to vote on your behalf please complete and sign the attached proxy voting form and send it to Geoff Wilson (Company Secretary at geoff.wilson@fostering.net)
The form must be returned to geoff.wilson@fostering.net by 1:00 PM on Monday 13 December 2021.
If you wish to attend by Zoom you can do so by applying to Geoff Wilson at the email address above and he will send out a meeting link and password.
