Would you like to work with the UK’s leading fostering charity? Do you have experience of working with multi professionals, including foster carers, social workers and managers in fostering services? Do you have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of foster care in England and the skills needed to deliver high quality practice support across the fostering sector? A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven individual with a passion for shaping and improving fostering practice to join our well-established team of practice support consultants. 

You will be an excellent communicator; able to produce high quality written reports and able to represent The Fostering Network to a range of audiences – locally, regionally and nationally. Based from home, you will work independently and flexibly, engaging with fostering services and those they support across the South & East of England. 

If you are a qualified social worker, or equivalent experience, and have an in-depth knowledge, significant experience and sound understanding of fostering services and fostering related issues we want to hear from you.
