Together with our members and supporters we are a powerful catalyst for change, and we’ve been shaping and influencing the fostering agenda for more than 40 years.  

A unique opportunity has arisen for motivated and energetic individual to join a well-established team of home workers providing an independent Advice and Mediation service to foster carers and fostering staff in the West Midlands covering Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull local authority fostering services. 
 
If you are a qualified social worker or have a similar qualification with experience of the fostering community and you are passionate about ensuring that foster carers receive good quality support and are treated fairly at all stages of their fostering career then we would be interested in hearing from you.

You must be able and willing to travel widely across these local authorities, have excellent communication skills, good powers of argument, persuasion and negotiation, and an ability to make effective relationships with foster carers and staff.
